Services

Thrixxenoushak provides custom photo album design and creation services. All albums are handcrafted to order based on client specifications and consultations.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us:

• A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on your project
• The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in person at our Auckland studio

Design Process

Our design process includes:

• Initial consultation to understand your vision and requirements
• Digital proof provided for your approval before production begins
• Up to two rounds of revisions included in the quoted price
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Final approval must be provided in writing before production

Production Time

Standard production time is 4-6 weeks from final design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Delays due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you provide. Thrixxenoushak retains rights to the album design and layout. We may photograph completed albums for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before design work begins for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Once design work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• If you are unsatisfied with the final product due to our error, we will remake the album at no charge

Shipping and Delivery

Albums can be shipped within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping costs are additional and calculated based on destination and album size. Insurance is included for all shipments. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Thrixxenoushak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific album in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
